Salt & Sandy is a small online shop in Doha, run by its two owners. This page tells you who we are, our business details and how to make a complaint.
Who we are
We sell clickies: clicky keychains, clicky strips and toppers, assembled by hand in Doha. Name lanyards and name key rings come later.
We sell online only, to adults, and deliver across Qatar. There is no shop to visit.

Complaints
If something is wrong, tell us: we'll look into it and put right anything we got wrong. Complaining is free.

- Give your order number, what went wrong and, if you can, photos.
- We usually reply within 1 working day and aim to resolve it within 5 working days. If it needs longer, we tell you why and by when.
- Not satisfied? Contact the Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry: hotline 16001 or the MOCI app. You can do this at any time.
